Most transfers are completed within 1–2 business days. Once your previous pharmacy sends over your prescriptions, we’ll confirm the transfer and begin processing your medications for delivery.

Will my insurance cover this?

Yes. We bill major private insurers directly, and provincial programs like ODB and BC PharmaCare are accepted. You won’t have to deal with paperwork or insurance back-and-forth.

What if I have questions about my medications?

Our licensed pharmacists are available seven days a week. You can call, text, or message through the app if you have questions about side effects, interactions, or anything else related to your medications.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?
